Irrigation in the Pacific Northwest

Historic Average Water Needs Estimate. GDD-Based.

Uses Crop Coeffcients Based on Even Divisions of the Cumulative Growing Degree Days (GDD)
Uses Crop Coeffcients at 21 Growing Degree Day (GDD) that define the Growth Stage, and Linear Interpolation for the chosen Crop Grown in Eastern Washington except that these GDD curves are done in 20 even divisions. The idea was to be able to scale the curves for different climates, but this would require different varieties with different total GDD requirements to finish growing the crop and we don't have much data to flesh this out.
